Ingredients
Vanilla bean
Stevia
1/2 cup of milk
Take a vanilla bean and cut it into half and take a knife and scoop out residue.
Heat up milk in a sauce pan and add in vanilla bean residue and stevia!
Whisk the milk mix until frothy and hot

Small whole wheat tortilla with
PB
Bannana
Granola
Don’t forget to drink water with all meals! I always have coffee with breakfast but that’s just me❤️

Ingredients

1 tsp of baking powder

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1 cup of whole wheat organic flour

1 cup of oats

1 cup of milk

Let this mixture sit for five minutes so oats absorb the milk!

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/4 cup of canola oil
Mix together
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of whole wheat organic flour
Mix together
1 cup of oats
1 cup of milk
Let this mixture sit for five minutes so oats absorb the milk!
Mix together
1 egg
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of canola oil
Fold dry mixture in liquid mixture and fold in oats and milk!
Gently fold in blueberries

- Banana
- 1 cup of water
- 1 Tablespoon of oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups of oats
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar
- Dash of Cinnamon
Steps
- Mash up a banana
- Mix the banana with a cup of water, oil, and vanilla
- Mix all wet ingredients with oats, sugar, and cinnamon
- top muffins with brown sugar if they aren’t sweet enough
Cook at 380 degrees for 20 minutes in muffin tins
You can add just about anything!

It’s always a good idea to start your morning with berries and a good source of protein the granola I choose in the picture below is KINDS healthy grains granola. It has lots of fiber and is made with flax seeds! Both bowls are made with whole foods organic PLAIN fat free yogurt which has a pretty good amount of protein, 10 grams!!
