Breakfast Bites

Easy and healthy oatmeal breakfast bites

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups of oats
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Steps

  1. Mash up a banana
  2. Mix the banana with a cup of water, oil, and vanilla
  3. Mix all wet ingredients with oats, sugar, and cinnamon
  4. top muffins with brown sugar if they aren’t sweet enough
Cook at 380 degrees for 20 minutes in muffin tins
You can add just about anything!
I added blueberries, chocolate chips, and almonds.
