Three great healthy and EASY breakfasts!
 
Top one: scrambled eggs with spinach, kale, cheese, and tomatos! 
Slice of tomato
1/4 an avocado 
And lastly a fruit cup! 
Second meal:
Boiled egg
Half and English muffin with PB
And sliced apples! 
Third meal: 
Small whole wheat tortilla with 
PB
Bannana 
Granola
Don’t forget to drink water with all meals! I always have coffee with breakfast but that’s just me❤️
