Simple Glaze Salmon

Salmon with a light glaze, wild rice, and asparagus

Salmon Glaze:

  • 2 tsp Creole Mustard
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Ground Thyme
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pepper

Salmon:

Cook at 350°

  • Mix together glaze and pour all over salmon
  • Put foil over pan and cook salmon for 15 minutes.

*How to check if salmon is done; take a fork and test the fish by seeing if it is “flaky” looking.
