I know a lot of people who decided to do the Paleo diet in the hopes of losing weight and being healthier. But I also heard the same thing from each person “I’m so hungry” and “I just want bread”. I posted about this about a month ago but grains and starches are NOT bad for you…we need them! That’s where the Paleo diet really confuses me, starches and dairy are good for our body and eliminating them will cause cravings and feeling like you are being deprived of food. I think it is great to not eat processed food but your diet shouldn’t leave you feeling punished.
