Getting back on track

I’ve been away on a school field trip for four days and to say I stayed on track with my eating is far From the truth. The food options weren’t the healthiest and I knew I was going to have to just deal with it. But today when we got back I was able to make this awesome salad and a smoothie. I’m trying to get back to clean eating this week. It’s weird how eating junk makes you feel less like you. When I eat junk food I feel sluggish and more irritable. Hoping this week will be better.
Grilled chicken and spinach salad
Spinach
Grilled chicken
Corn
Avocado
Onions
Pomegranate olive oil and vinegar
Lots is pepper
