wild salmon dinner

Fresh wild salmon from whole foods
Salmon glaze:
1/4 cup of brown sugar 
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce 
1/4 cup of olive oil 
Stir together and after broiling salmon for about 25 minutes poor glaze over salmon!
Asparagus:
Set oven to 350 
Take a baking pan with Foil on it and place asparagus evenly across the pan.
Put a generous amount of olive oil and pepper across the asparagus. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese!! 
Pop in the oven for about 15 minutes and the cheese should be perfectly melted and the asparagus should be cooked thoroughly! 




Plain brown rice or rice pilaf from whole foods which only takes 15 minutes to make can go under the salmon!
