Beach Day Lunch

Turkey avocado pita
Spinach
1 avocado
1 tomato
Celery 
Turkey 
In a large bowl chop up spinach, avocado, celery, and turkey all together! 
Fill a pita pocket with a cup of mix and place on stove flipping back and forth! 
Take off stove and add tomatoes in the pita pocket and enjoy! 
Add fesh cherries or another fresh fruit on the side!
