Easy, colorful, healthy dinner!

Pan cook chicken breast on medium heat with grape seed oil (olive oil burns so use grape seed).

Salad:
Spinach 
Fresh tomatoes 
Dressing:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tabelspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
3/4 cup of olive oil
Shake in a screw top jar and enjoy! 
Steam Brussel sprouts!
