Easy everyday workout!

Started doing a new workout every day! 

This is the perfect workout if your not feeling up to going to the gym.
Take each workout and do three reps of 10-15
  1. v-sits
  2. squats
  3. pushups
  4. glute bridge
  5. plank
  6. tricep dips ( I do mine on the stairs)
  7. lay flat on back and bring knees into chest ( or reverse crunch)
  8. mountain climber
  9. flutter kicks (keep upper back off ground!)
