Started doing a new workout every day!
This is the perfect workout if your not feeling up to going to the gym.
Take each workout and do three reps of 10-15
- glute bridge
- tricep dips ( I do mine on the stairs)
- lay flat on back and bring knees into chest ( or reverse crunch)
- mountain climber
- flutter kicks (keep upper back off ground!)
